BETWORLD96 · PROVIDER GUIDES
5 Dragons lets you choose your free games, Geisha triples every win for 15 spins, and Buffalo's wilds multiply wins in its free round. Here is how the free-games feature works in each of the nine Aristocrat online pokies at betworld96.
Every one of the nine Aristocrat pokies at betworld96 has a free-games round, but the round does not work the same way in each title. Before you choose a game, it helps to know which of three styles it uses.
The remaining four, Big Red, Where's the Gold, 50 Lions and Dragon Emperor, have a free spins or free games feature without a published twist, and each game's paytable sets out how it plays. Two titles add a gamble feature on top: Big Red and Geisha.
Each row shows how the game pays, its volatility and RTP where published sources agree, and the main feature. Cells marked "Shown in game info" have no agreed figure, so check the game's info panel for the exact one. Aristocrat does not publish top wins for these titles.

When the feature starts in either game, the game stops and asks you to make a choice instead of handing you a set number of spins.
In 5 Dragons, one end of the choice is a long round of free spins with lower multipliers, and the other end is a short round with higher ones. A long round gives you more chances to land something, but each win is boosted less. A short round gives fewer chances, but a hit is boosted more. Think about your balance as well as your taste: the long option is the steadier ride, while the short one swings harder either way. 5 Dragons pays on 243 ways across 5×3 reels and carries an agreed RTP of 95.17%.
Choy Sun Doa uses gold ingot scatters to open its feature, then offers a pick of five free-games options. It also pays on 243 ways on five reels, so the base game feels close to 5 Dragons. Its RTP is not agreed across published sources, so check the info panel before you play. If you enjoy one of these two, the other is the natural next game to try.
Geisha takes the guesswork out. Three or more scatters award 15 free spins, and every win in that round is tripled. There is nothing to choose and nothing to track except the next spin, which makes it an easy feature to follow on a small screen. Geisha pays on fixed lines across five reels, and its RTP is shown in its info panel.
Buffalo sits between a fixed round and a wild-driven one. Scatters award between 8 and 20 free games, and during those games each wild in a win adds a 2x or 3x multiplier. In the base game, sunset wilds help connect symbols across its 1,024 ways. Published sources agree Buffalo is high volatility, so quiet spells between wins are part of the ride. Its agreed RTP is 94.85%.
Queen of the Nile's free games come from scatter wins, and wilds in the round carry multipliers. It plays on 5×3 reels with fixed pay lines, and its agreed RTP is 94.88%.
Where's the Gold starts its free spins with three or more dynamite scatters, and it plays on 25 lines with medium volatility according to published sources. 50 Lions has a free games feature over 50 lines, with an agreed RTP of 94.71%. Dragon Emperor is a 243-ways game with a free spins feature and the second-highest agreed RTP in this list at 95.19%.
Big Red is the simplest of the lot: five lines, a kangaroo wild and free spins. It also offers a gamble feature after a win, and Geisha does too. A gamble lets you risk the win you just landed for the chance of a bigger one, or keep it and carry on. Taking it is always optional. Big Red has the highest agreed RTP here, at 97.04%.
The best-known choose-your-own feature. Decide between many free spins with low multipliers or a few with high ones. If you are new to the game, try the longer option first so you see more of the round before you take the shorter, sharper one.
Gold ingot scatters open a menu of five free-games options. The base game pays on 243 ways, so wins can connect across any row of neighbouring reels while you wait for the ingots.
The fixed-boost option: three or more scatters, 15 free spins, every win tripled. Once a win lands you can also use the gamble feature, or skip it and keep spinning.
Aristocrat is listed on the ASX as ASX:ALL and employs more than 7,400 people. Its three businesses are Aristocrat Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness, and its products include land-based casino games, hardware and systems, online real-money gaming, iLottery and free-to-play social casino games. Each of the nine pokies above appears on the Aristocrat Gaming game list.
Aristocrat, like other studios, supplies many games at more than one RTP setting, and each casino chooses one. So the same game can show a different figure somewhere else. betworld96 runs every Aristocrat title at its default setting, which is the highest Aristocrat supplies. The info panel inside the game shows the figure for your spins.
Remember that RTP is a long-run average. A free-games feature does not change it: the feature is part of how the game delivers that return. A choice like 5 Dragons' changes how the round's wins are spread out, not the game's overall return.
betworld96 supports demo play, so you can open an Aristocrat pokie with practice credits before you use real money. Demo mode is a sensible way to learn a feature you have not played: you see what the scatters look like, how the round starts and, in 5 Dragons, how each free-games option feels in practice. Demo credits have no cash value, and what happens in a practice round tells you nothing about the next real one. Before that switch, the guide to playing pokies for real money covers stakes and budgets.

betworld96 works in the browser on iPhone and Android, using the same account and balance as on desktop. Turn the phone sideways if you want the reels bigger, especially on Buffalo with its 1,024 ways.
If you like free-games rounds, compare these with JILI pokies, PG Soft or NetEnt. Novomatic is in the lobby too. The betworld96 provider guide lists them all, and free pokies covers demo play across the lobby.
5 Dragons and Choy Sun Doa. In 5 Dragons you pick between more free spins with lower multipliers or fewer spins with higher ones, and in Choy Sun Doa gold ingot scatters open a pick of five free-games options.
More spins at lower multipliers gives a steadier round; fewer spins at higher multipliers swings harder in both directions. Neither option changes the game's overall RTP, so choose the ride that suits your balance.
Three or more scatters award 15 free spins, and every win during them is tripled. Geisha also has a gamble feature you can use after a win.
